Our Team

Blake Paris is the Director of Manufacturing and Research and Development for Major Products, and he has over 25 years of experience working with major players in the industry. As a result of the depth and breadth of his background, Blake brings very strong experience in industrial manufacturing to the Major Products team, as well as an impressive history of new product development in both the retail and foodservice sectors. During the course of his career, he has helped to develop more than 30 retail products to date and worked to elevate food companies in forty countries around the globe.

After joining the company five years ago, Blake has become an integral piece of the Major Products team, overseeing R&D and manufacturing for both the New Jersey and Las Vegas facilities. In this role, Blake works with teams at both facilities to streamline existing processes and integrate new ones with a goal of improving overall company performance. Day to day, Blake collaborates with Major Product’s team of food technologists and product developers, providing them with the tools necessary to perform their best and continue advancing the company’s products. He also works closely with the Major Products sales team, continuing to grow the company’s retail and industrial accounts and gaining a deeper understanding of Major Product’s customers’ needs.
