Jason Giliberti is the Corporate Quality Control Director/ Safe Quality Food (SQF) Systems Practitioner at Major Products and has been with the company for over 20 years. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Jason started his time here at Major Products as quality control manager, then rose through the ranks, working in both quality control and R&D. Today, he is responsible for monitoring the overall food safety and quality management systems at Major Products, and he shares his knowledge of product development, quality standards, and food development with co-workers.
In addition to his expertise in a wide variety of departments and the wealth of certifications required for his position, all of which are essential to maintaining Major Product’s facilities, Jason can provide comprehensive knowledge of just about any department at Major Products if needed, since he’s worked in virtually all aspects of the business. While his time here has had many great moments so far, highlights include helping to double the company’s sales and continuing to push Major Products to achieve new goals. His favorite part of working at Major Products? Creating and overseeing the production of high-quality food products from start to finish.
