Our Team

Tim Santora serves as the General Manager of Major Products’ Las Vegas facility, and he has worked in the food industry for more than 45 years. After starting out with an acidified foods company, he remains a pickle man at heart, but he has also come to greatly appreciate the wide variety of products produced at Major Product’s facilities. Since first becoming affiliated with Major Products over 31 years ago, Tim has grown with the company and was an integral part of the development and expansion of Major Product’s Las Vegas location. 

In his role as General Manager, Tim oversaw the building of the facility and its recent 28,000-square-foot addition, which nearly doubled the size of the operation. Now, he manages all of the day-to-day workings of the facility, and even after many years in the food manufacturing industry, he still loves being a part of a tight-knit, family-owned business. Tim loves working with the younger generation of the DeRose family just as much as the company’s founders, and no matter how many years he’s been at Major Products, or in the industry as a whole, Tim remains amazed at how the company (and others in food manufacturing) feeds both America and the world.
